Production Management IT System
We constructed LAN system by connecting all stamping machines. Various kinds of productivity data are shown on displays on a real-time basis in a factory office. And they are shown in our head office which is located far from the factory. One of the data shows the completion time of our products. The completion time is predicted by feeding back all conditions of the machine and stamping dies. Our IT system feeds back those conditions to calculate the completion time. Then the workers can prepare for the next production before the end of the present production. This led to a high-productivity. Then we can supply ultra precise parts in a low price. This IT system was constructed by the technology of Stanford.

JKB has been selected as an “Active IT Management Company” by the Japanese government.
JKB has been selected as an “Active IT Management Company” by METI. Our patented “IT Production System” developed and built by JKB are used to assist in increasing our productivity which has resulted in large increases of output, more than doubling since the application of the new IT system. We have also designed an innovative patented “IT Quality Control System”. Using this system we are able to maintain high quality production and uphold a top level quality of our products.

JKB has been approved as a “Kawasaki Brand of Manufacturing” by The Kawasaki-city government.
JKB has also been approved as a “Kawasaki Brand of Manufacturing” by the Kawasaki-city government. Our brand “ Infinity Stamping ” means to pursue infinite possibilities in stamping technology. JKB's stamping technology has been awarded this Brand by the Kawasaki-city, in recognition of JKB's advanced stamping technology of ultra fine parts and difficult forming - shaped parts. We are the first “ Processing Technology ” company to be awarded this Brand.
